Hypnosis is about getting motivated and inspired. Hypnosis is great for making the changes you want to have a happier life. It puts you in a suggestive state where you can let go of what's holding you back, get motivated and make the changes fast & easier. It's safe, very relaxing, and inspiring. You will feel so much better, be happier, and have more fun and joy.
Emotional Freedom Technique or 'Tapping' works great with Hypnosis to give you amazing results. It is an energy therapy technique that helps release negative emotions and feelings like " I ate too much last night", "I am scared", "I can't get an 'A' in my Math class. It is very easy to learn and you can do it at home. I consider it a form of self hypnosis. I will first explain it to you and then ask you if you want to try it or not. Reiki is also available. Hypnosis + EFT = amazing results
My blog has Workbooks on Hypnosis, Weight Loss, Goals, Stress, Quit Smoking and Positive Thinking which give you a step-by-step instructions on how it works. It also includes mp3 tracks lasting 2-10 minutes allowing you to listen most anytime. For example the Weight Loss Workbook tells you the steps I use to help you lose weight and which you can also do online. The Hypnosis Workbook tells you how Hypnosis works.
You will start getting results at the first session as you will go into hypnosis twice. We will also develop an Action Plan for you and you will start learning self hypnosis.
